The Coupon Cowgirl was probably one of the most fun designs I've done. You just don't get to incorporate cowgirl stuff into your everyday designs, and you should...because it's cute! I think there is secretly a cowgirl or boy in all of us. Please check out The Coupon Cowgirl.

The Holidays Were Busy, Here Are Some More Design

Amber and Donna from Planit Nashville wanted fun characters of themselves to use on promotional materials. The characters needed to resemble their personalities and quirks. Amber and Donna were very pleased. Check out Planit Nashville.

Scrambled Cake (Eating Around Chicago with Kids (scrambled anagram)) wanted something that was representative of the Chicago area and eating. So I took a skyline of the city and went from there.

Darlene contacted me and asked if I could create a logo, banner and button for her that encompassed her sassy personality and funky hair. She's on a quest to lose weight and is doing so through her blog Confessions of a Dieter, please check it out and support her.

The Suburban Jungle Contest Winner!

The winner was selected and luckily she loved pink as much as I do and that made my work a ton easier. I had a few characters that weren't selected by other customers so I presented those to her, she picked one and just had a few minor changes. She decided she didn't need a logo but instead asked if I could help her with a blogger background and getting things loaded onto her site.

Lorrie from NaturalOnABudget.com wanted a new look for her blog. I actually loved the design she already had going but we both agreed that we could personalize it with a realistic character banner and button. Viola!

2Godchicks.com asked for a character banner and button for their fun religious podcast site. Each girl had her very own personality and they wanted to be sure that showed in their characters. Head on over to 2Godchicks and listen to one of their upbeat podcasts.

A Logo and More

Musing Mommies asked me to create a character banner for them. They wanted the characters to resemble themselves and also their special microphone. I was able to design a banner and button that they loved. Please check out Musing Mommies.

Chief Hand to Cloud needed a logo. They asked for something specific and were very pleased with the results. They wanted an American Indian hand gripping a cloud with feathers around his wrist.

Here are a couple of projects that I have recently completed.

A Few Short Cuts blogger asked if I would create a blog banner/header for her. Visit her blog to see the design in use.

Nordrum Law LLC contacted me and wanted a modern logo for their new firm as well as coordinating business cards. Done.

I am busy working on another blog header and a logo for a new pyrotechnics company. I will post them as soon as they are finished.

My design prices are as follows: (if you don't see your need on my list, just ask and we'll figure out a price that works for both of us)

Logos: $49.99 up to 5 revisions, $5 for each revision after that.
After we discuss your goals, I will present you will 3-5 logo options, and we will make changes from there. If the logo is to involve detailed artwork, the cost will have to be discussed. You will be supplied with the final logo in a variety of file formats after payment is received.

Ads: $50 unlimited revisions for 1/4 pg or smaller.
$15 to update a file I created that is the same ad size.
This applies to both black & white and color ads of any size. All copy and graphic files are supplied by you. I can find images or write copy for the ad for an additional $10. Final files will be sent after payment is received.

Twitter Background: $34.99 up to 5 revisions, $5 for each revision after. These include one character, add $10 each additional character.
Add style to your twitter page with a background design by VC.

Simple Web Banners: $25 up to 5 revisions, $5 for each revision after.
Character/Detailed Web Banners: $39.99 up to 5 revisions, $5 for each revision after. All character banners include one character. You may request more characters for $10 each.
Get a matching avatar for only $7.50 or a promotional banner for $10.
These work great to add a personal touch to any blog or online store. After we discuss your ideas, I will send you a preliminary design featuring an attractive graphic with simple text (unless you've supplied your logo or other images that you want used) and we will proceed from there. I can design a logo for you (see prices above). Final files are emailed after payment is received.

Brochures: $75 per panel, unlimited revisions (i.e. a tri-fold brochure would be 6 panels).
We'll work together to create the perfect brochure for your business. This price includes copy writing or editing of your current copy. I can also supply images if you need them. This price does not include any logo work. I can design a logo for you (see prices above). Final files are emailed in high resolution, print-ready pdf format after payment is received.

How your business is perceived by your customers is very important. What does your current logo say about your business? Do you have a logo? If not, what message are you sending to your customers?

It is not only important to have an image, branding your business, but also to have a consistent image. One main reason McDonald's is so popular is their ability to get those "Golden Arches" stuck in your head. Whenever you see them, you think about their deliciously salty french fries and wonderful double cheeseburger. That's branding.
